| Comfort Was Most Important |

Kathy, I really appreciate all your guidance. I feel I have better understanding now. I went right to work yesterday and used the calendar, agenda, and the flagging [in Microsoft Outlook]. Wow I actually completed tasks I would have forgotten. I guess for me the comfort level was the most important. You made me feel really great about learning the software. I'm looking forward to more training in the future. Michelle T.
