I am very thankful to have met and to have hired Kathy Montgomery of LTF Tech. I am a chiropractor and computers are not my strength. I purchased office software and chose not to purchase tech support because the annual fee was almost as much as the software itself. I asked my computer-savvy staff member try to backup our software, but she was unable to do so. As it turns out, this is because the software manual had left several steps out, so only someone with knowledge of the inner workings of a computer (more than merely a user) could dissect the manual and figure out how to backup this software.
This is where Kathy really helped and impressed me. She had some difficulty at first, and had to use secondary and tertiary means to get to the end. Since she understands how computers work, she took a "back road" to reach our destination, and I couldn't be happier. Kathy came to my place of work, she charged a reasonable fee, she was patient and pleasant. She teaches as she guides her student to computer problem resolution. She allows the student to document the process. I can confidently recommend Kathy for all of your computer challenges.
